- Enter crucial1.grangewood.local as the Microsoft Exchange Server, check the Use Cached Exchange checkbox, enter your User Name and then click the More Settings button
- Click the Security tab and ensure that the Encrypt data between Microsoft Office Outlook and Microsoft Exchange checkbox is ticked. Also the Logon network security dropdown should be set to Negotiate Authentication
- Click the Connection tab and tick the Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP checkbox, then click the Exchange Proxy Settings button
- Enter the proxy server URL as mail.tecnovate.com.au and make sure the Connect using SSL only checkbox is ticked. The On slow networks box should also be ticked. The Proxy Authentication Settings dropdown should be set to NTLM Authentication
